Bookings & Appointments
- All services require advance booking.
- Bookings are confirmed once a booking form is completed or verbal/email confirmation is received.
- Minimum booking requirements may apply for certain treatments, packages, or dual experiences.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard treatments.
- For packages, dual experiences, hen nights, or large group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the service.
Travel & Location
- AETHERIA provides mobile services within a designated service area; travel charges may apply for locations outside this area.
- Clients must provide a safe and suitable space for treatments, including enough room for treatment beds and equipment.
Health & Safety
- Clients must inform AETHERIA of any allergies, medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
- Certain treatments may not be suitable for all clients; therapists reserve the right to modify or decline treatments for safety reasons.
- For pregnancy massage, clients must be past the first trimester unless otherwise confirmed by a medical professional.
Products & Equipment
- All products used are professional-grade, safe, and carefully selected for quality and results.
- Mobile treatments include all necessary equipment, linens, and supplies.
Spa Staff Cover & Business Services
- Booking confirmations for staff cover or corporate services must include specific skill requirements and shift details.
- Cancellations for staff cover must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed for larger packages or corporate services.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card, or approved online platforms.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administration fees.
Liability
- AETHERIA is fully insured; however, clients accept responsibility for any pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed prior to treatment.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding health, allergies, or sensitivities.
Privacy & Confidentiality
- All client information is kept confidential and used solely for providing services.
- Contact information may be used for booking confirmations and service updates unless the client opts out.
